RETURN POLICY

SLC Lighting offers a return policy of 30 days after the sale of a part.   The customer will need to contact us either via phone or email.  Our email is orderdesk@slclighting.com and phone is (800) 626-1305. 

Shipping Charges are not refundable

All returns much have a valid (RA) number given to you by our customer service.

All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled, and undamaged.

All returns must be packaged properly and set.

Products that have been installed or Modified will not be accepted.

Ship your return to our facility.

Once the product has been returned and inspected a refund will be issued.
